  Terrible experience. I checked out after only 3 minutes. As I do in every hotel, I inspected the bed sheets as soon as I arrived and found an insect in the bed. I immediately went to the front desk, but the receptionist offered no solution whatsoever. The hotel was fully booked, she didn’t apologize, and simply told me that I could get a refund. Thankfully, I was refunded, but the lack of cleanliness and the complete absence of customer service were shocking. This was a horrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

  I had a great experience, very comfortable bed, many varieties with new menu in complete hot breakfast complimentary daily. The management is very helpful, professional and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel in every way to all guests coming to the city of San Jose. Thank you so much.

  La verdad tuve una mala experiencia desde ls mujer de limpieza hasta en hombre que esta en recepción si no quieren trabajar porque estan ahi habiendo gente que si quieren trabajar la mujer fue muy grosera porque el desayuno se me cayo y según ella esta para la limpieza y lo peor que el chino le dijo qué como ella limpa la entiende entonces me pregunto que es el trabajo de esa mujer y aparte el hombre se puso arrogante igual que ella y le dije a esa mujer y porqué se enoja?? porque yo también eh trabajado y nunca fue déspota arrogante y prepotente con los clientes porque era mi trabajo no hay razón oara eso le pagan la verdad el hotel esta muy bonito lastima que por esos dos con mala educación echen a perder lo bonito deben sacarlos si no quieren trabajar y si no tienen modales para los clientes la verdad la mujer y el que pésimos "trabajadores" son

  its good for an overnight stay. Bed is comfy. Entrance to it us a bit tricky. Be careful not to miss it or you will end up going back to the freeway. Entrance to the parking is on the side after turning left on the stoplights.
