  I was extremely disappointed by my experience at Byredo. Their store associate was not helpful, had no empathy, and was focused on making a sale even if it required her to be deceiving. Furthermore, getting in contact with this brand after a purchase is made is nearly impossible, so make sure you have zero questions about your purchase and that you are 110% sure of your purchase as they have no return policy to get your full payment back. Something that I learned AFTER making a purchase is that you can request a sample from the associate who will likely not offer it to you otherwise. I would highly recommend asking for samples before dishing out hundreds of dollars to then be disappointed by their products.

  Visited here with a friend on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. We had the store to ourselves and were excited to sample some scents. The store does not let you spray your own samples of fragrances, the sales associate has to do it for you. There are no descriptors of the scents, so you have to ask the sales associate. This could work if the sales associates were friendly & helpful however we experienced the complete opposite - they gave off the impression that we were annoying them by asking them to spray samples and were generally rude and unhelpful. Genuinely confused by the positive reviews, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had and put me completely off of the brand.

  I had the BEST experience thanks to Francis, sales associate. Francis helped me navigate through the world of BYREDO and guided me to the scent that I was looking for. Very good experience, the packaging where they give you the perfume is great also Francis gave me a couple of palo santo sticks which I LOVE.
