Came to this to hotel for the freeway access and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was not working all last night or morning. I spoke with “Judy” at the front desk and she attempted to connect my wifi. She also had no luck. I asked to speak to a manager but she told me one was not in. I was seeking a form of compensation to which I never was able to receive. I’ll never stay here again.

Big Thank you to Amber at the front desk! Always makes me feel very welcomed. She is always very professional knows exactly what she's doing and she always has a big smile 😀 Keep up the great work.
