  Kevin and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway while visiting Knott's Berry Farm and this hotel honestly exceeded our expectations! We originally planned to spend more time out exploring but we ended up loving our room so much that we spent most of our stay relaxing and enjoying the property. Everything felt extremely clean well taken care of and very high class. We even ended up extending our stay because we truly didn't want to leave! One of our favorite touches was the espresso machine in the front office that was available all day and night. The coffee was delicious and such a nice perk to have whenever we wanted a little pick me up. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. The ladies working the breakfast area were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They greeted every guest with a smile wished everyone a good morning, and genuinely made the experience feel warm and personal. We booked a king room with a balcony and it was absolutely worth every penny. The room was spacious very clean and had so many great features. The bathroom was huge the shower was amazing, and the provided soaps were honestly some of my favorites I've ever used at a hotel. They smelled wonderful and felt like a little luxury touch that made it so we didn't even need to use our own products. The balcony was another highlight. We had a table and two chairs outside where we were able to enjoy our dinner, which made the stay feel even more like a true getaway. The room also had a wet bar microwave and mini fridge, which was incredibly convenient for making drinks storing snacks and enjoying some meals in the room. The TV was also a great size and had access to apps like Netflix and YouTube which made relaxing at night even better. The couch in the room was perfect for sitting together and watching TV, and the bed!! oh my goodness. It was easily one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept on. It was huge cozy and gave us one of the best nights of sleep we've had. We also loved exploring the area around the hotel. Having 99 Ranch Market right across the street was such a fun experience for us. We had never been to one before, and it was really cool getting to explore all the different foods, drinks, and snacks. We grabbed a few things to try and it made the trip even more memorable. The location is also surrounded by so many amazing food options. If you're looking for recommendations, definitely ask the front desk because they were so helpful and gave great suggestions. There are lots of delicious restaurants nearby especially Asian cuisine options right in the surrounding area. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, polite, and provided what truly felt like five star service. The cleanliness of the property the comfort of the room and the kindness of the staff everything about our stay was wonderful. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality and such a memorable weekend. We will absolutely be back sooner rather than later! Another simple getaway that turned into a beautiful little memory for us!

  Very distinct odor In the lobby area But the front desk staff were very nice. Plenty of parking, charge port on site. We got a double queen bed room, very clean. I had never given an electric car before, but it was told that the charge port Was specifically for Tesla. I did not even bother. It was challenging to even try to figure out how to use it. I wish they would’ve had a convenience market, but we were close to food and grocery stores. It was not a horrible place to stay, but I would probably pick somewhere else, Just a better neighborhood.

  Plan before booking and be sure not to have them give you room #210 on the 2nd floor. The door has a huge gap at the top corner and you can hear all the outdoor freeway traffic and neighbor noise. It sounds like you have the door open even when it's closed. They are aware of that issue but have not done anything to fix it, which was why they left earplugs in a bedside drawer. Not worth the price. Be sure to not let them give you room #210.
