  I booked a room with a service dog when I checked in I showed all my papers and everything and everything was good when I checked out I was charged a pet fee on a service dog I have tried to call to resolve and not received a call back very unhappy about the situation I paid $171 for one night

  Room was clean and well maintained. Parking and breakfast are included. Breakfast was OK. The aviary and koi pond are nice. Convenient restaurant next door. Other fast food restaurants nearby. The WiFi has issues allowing connection. Should either fix the problem or provide detailed instructions.

  Rooms weren't cleaned during our 3 day stay even after asking will not be staying here again the Comfort Inn across the road didn't have any rooms or we would have stayed there. It's where we will stay in the future

  If I could give negative stars I would came down for a unexpected visit ..didn't have any rooms at the comfort inn. Where we normally stay.. in the bathroom there is a little paper that says dirty towels go on the floor.. Our first day our towels where not picked up.. got some clean towels easily. After the second night we called to get our towels cleaned up and asked for new towels , and more toilet paper. Later that afternoon we went back to the room. To check and sure enough nothing was done also that morning the bathtub wasn't draining we told them about that very disgusted. My inlaw tried to get our room comped for one night. Manger was beyond rude to my inlaw when trying to get it comped !! Beyond disgusted in them! And definitely won't be staying at another best western if we have to we will stay at a motel 6..
