  Not enough towels for all guests. No pool towels at all, was told to air dry since it was hot outside. Ran out of food for breakfast. Marijuana smell and dirty bedding. No housekeeping service even after requested. Fire alarm going off and waking up baby, was told to just disconnect it. Guest’s checked in occupied rooms. Manager not helpful. Did not make herself visible to assist. Rude and unprofessional. Hung up call over the phone. Promised compensation nonetheless did not follow through.

  You get what you pay for. Room was a little bit smelly, but fine for 1 night. What makes this place is the staff. Bartender on saturday night was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast area staff Sunday morning kept the space super clean and was really helpful. Front desk staff was great on, check in and check out. Great mexican restaurant nearby! Marisols I think? Food there was amazing for dinner.

  Surprisingly excellent for the price. Check in was easy considering we checked in at midnight. Room (and hotel as a whole) was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Bonus points for being right of I5 and next to gas/Dutch Bros. Very likely to return.
