Beware with this place does is they'll post their last room that doesn't even work on priceline. You're going to rent it, figure out the heater, or the fireplace doesn't work? And they're going to downgrade you, and in the morning tell you, you have to contact priceline to get a price adjustment, then you're gonna call priceline for 20 minutes, while they call the hotel, and the hotel tells price line to tell you, it's the exact same price, complete waste. Of time, then the manager of the hotel, it's going to show you how important you are to them by sending you a prettypyped email saying, thanks for your feedback. We'll use it to better our team. My wife and I stayed here multiple times we like the location and the kitchen suite, it was our 25th anniversary. We bought some steaks, we were gonna cook them in the room. Drink some wine. Take a stroll to the beach and relax, but that all came to a halt. When we figured out the fireplace didn't work. And before we complained, we tried the heater that also didn't work. So my wife is gonna freeze, and we didn't pay $244 for that. So we thought, maybe ask moving rooms. They would compensate us in the morning at a price adjustment, but it was just all really weird. Ask for a receipt. She said it would be emailed. It never showed up, so just beware. I'm sure they do this to a lot of people. It's the location, it's the convenience, it's crappy customer service
