  I used to backpack in 3rd world countries a lot when I was younger and this hotel definitely reminded me of those days. One of the two elevators was broken, the ice machine was broken, we had to be moved to different rooms three times because the AC broke in one and in another for some reason there was no door to the bedroom. In theory the pool closes at 9pm, but that wasn't enforced and there are regular parties at the pool blasting music way past that time.

  Patricia was lovely and helped us when our 3rd party site was bugged out, we stayed 8 days and had 0 problems, very good location, only 15 minutes from disneyland. Very friendly front desk staff, Thank you again Patricia

  Everyone was fantastic from check-in. I believe her name was Inez, and she was incredibly helpful. The maintenance staff was also very helpful in providing us with additional sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. Tanya was fantastic and very helpful at breakfast service!

  Great hotel for the price and location with free parking and breakfast. The pool area was fantastic along with the 2-room suites. My only complaint was that the dining table in the room was incredibly shaky and uncomfortable. The breakfast also had some problems with variety and freshness. It also got very congested at times. Bed were comfortable and bathroom and couches were nice. Would stay here again, but might plan for my own breakfast on some days.
