  Staff was great, all around good experience. Hotel can't help the lack of common courtesy other people have.

  Desk personnel were very rude and unwilling to help. I stay in hotels all across the US and this place just says we are independently owned and don’t have to accept reward points. Pre book room months in advance and they would not accept the booking off of Best Western main site. I can cancel that and you can pay for a room is their response. Three times is all he said. This is also after waiting 10 plus minutes for the desk personnel to check in one person in front of me. This place is over priced. Go stay at the Marriott right next to the airport. Shuttle and way nicer rooms with pool included for same price. Hotel parking is a joke. Like I am going to leave my keys with a random desk associate to move my car. Would not recommend to anyone. When I told him I was going to write a review his response was “I don’t care what you do.”
