  Hôtel très sympa une literie au top les chambres sont grandes, le petit spa est appréciable avec une eau à 37 38 degrés. Le personnel adorable, nous a gentiment mis une chambre avec une vue sur Morro rock. Petit-déjeuner sans plus.

  Great location. Rooms were fine. Thin walls so if the neighbors were watching a movie we heard it. Also the neighbors room made the hallways stink like pot. Breakfast was ok. The biggest concern was we stayed there for 4 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room. We were told at checkout that they only clean upon request. Not sure if this was a California thing or a Beat Western thing. We always got back to the room in the evening after 8pm when the front desk was already closed.

  The room was fine, but there were four of us and we were short one set of towels. The walls and ceiling are thin, so you can hear people walking above and around you. Additionally, no toiletries were provided such as lotion or toothpaste, only hand soap was available. Breakfast was fine, typical American style, but the yogurt machine was empty.

  The girl working this morning during breakfast hours was so sweet. When we checked in last night on 09/06 the guy who was working in the office was a bit sketch. He asked how many people were going to be in the room we said 2. He then proceeded to say “I’m asking because I thought I saw more people in your car”. I think it’s highly unprofessional to be looking into people’s car and assuming there was more people. We are not liars or thieves.
