We came from the Bay Area to a last minute wedding and the front desk woman/cleaning lady who helped us were awesome. The front desk woman let us check in 2 hours before because the cleaning lady had already cleaned a room. Awesome customer service. The hotel also allows dogs too which was super helpful as we left our pup alone in the room for a few hours with no issue. If I’m ever back in Merced I’ll be staying here.

Overall it was a very nice stay, the other customers are friendly, and quiet. The employees are very kind and welcoming. They have breakfast 🥞 (complimentary)🍳 between 6:00am-9:00am. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was that the cooling unit is so loud and when it's warm it's almost always running and since it's so close to the highway you definitely hear the changes in traffic flow during the early morning hours. The parking spots are bit tight, but otherwise entering and exiting the parking lot is quick.
