  I've stayed here before, and had great customer service when staying here. I got greeted hello and have a great day when leaving. This time was different !!! I arrived and I was at the counter for 5 mins until I said hello . The Asian guy behind the counter said it's not 3 pm yet. I asked if I could check in early. NO HELLO , NO THANK U FOR BEING A REWARDS MEMBER , NOTHING !! I had ask for my bottles of water. I also had to clarify that I was paying for one night and another night using my rewards. I told him that it was on one reservation. He said no, and I said that's what the res agent told me when I added my sat night. After he figured it out I finally recieved my key and went to my room. The room I had on the 3rd floor smelled better than the few I've had before. It was also quiet and I slept good on both my nights. Hopefully the next time I stay here the customer service is better. Damaris was the only person that assisted with kindness.

  Frühmorgens Krach wenn der Müll abgeholz wird, ein verdreckter Pool, laute Gespräche des Personales im Frühstückstaum, Zimmer sehrn aus wie aus den späten Siebzigern.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of staying at Best Western for two months, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, every staff member made me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. It wasn’t just the big things—it was the countless little acts of kindness, friendly greetings, and willingness to help that made such a difference. The complimentary breakfast was consistently fresh and enjoyable every morning, which was something I looked forward to each day. Most importantly, I always felt safe and at home during my stay. It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff creates such a warm and caring atmosphere, and they absolutely did that for me. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to make my extended stay such a positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. I highly recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for a place where you’ll be treated like more than just a guest.

  Arlinda was the best super friendly great customer service I saw her be nice to all the customers including me she need a promotion for sure

  This hotel is old and run down. Rooms smell old and mildewed. The owners have let this establishment run down and have not kept it up to Best Western standards. We will never stay here again. Concord and Pleasant Hill have better accommodations.
