  The only good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to the beach. It is inexpensive, but there is a reason for that. There is more wrong with this hotel than right. Rusted railings, poor maintenance, thread bare linens, bad housekeeping and bad customer service. I will not stay there again.

  There was sand in my room from previous tenants, then they didn’t clean up even after I asked nicely. Cheap price and good location I suppose.

  Do not stay at this hotel if you can find somewhere else to stay. The rooms are not cleaned very well and the floor was filthy. You have to squeeze around the toilet to close the door to the bathroom. There were dirty towels outside the adjacent room for 2 days on the ground. The office staff park in the handicapped space in the front that people who are actually handicapped cannot access. They let people make noise outside at all hours of the night!! The breakfast was a mess and the garbage was overflowing the whole time, so they put an open garbage bag on the floor. The juice they provided was watered down!! The food was extremely close to expiration. I tried to get something to eat out of the vending machine but it was broken. My family has been staying at this hotel for years and it used to be nice. Avoid this hotel if you want to have a relaxing clean hotel room. It was just as expensive to stay in a much nicer Best Western if we would have not been so loyal to this place. We won’t be coming back again!! They take Zero pride in this hotel and they should not be able to keep the best western name!!

  This place way over charged me. And it was disappointing. There was garbage outside. That was never emptied. It was really full and overflowing. . There was a sweater hanging on the rail. That someone dropped out there, for two days.It was dirty construction materials in the parking lot black mold in the room on the ceiling, where there was leaks we had to call to figure out how to get service to our TV, which had a bunch of tv wires hanging behind the tv. there was food in the freezer obviously the fridge wasn’t cleaned out. The clock in the lights and the light switch next to the bed none of it worked Spiderwebs on the door, the light outside the door shine right in the room no indirect lighting. Constant dripping from the bathtub. And a plastic bag over something sticking out the wall.

  We stayed June 21-23. The room was clean and looked as if they had recently been updated. We were able to use a discount we had forgotten to use, so our stay had a small discount. We discovered late in the evening our room had no hot water. We contacted the desk and they could not address the issue that evening. They did everything to accommodate us the next day. We ended up getting a different room as they could not fix the hot water in our room. They did authorize a credit for our inconvenience. The staff was welcoming and did all they could to accommodate us during our stay. We did not eat the breakfast they offered, but it smelled good as we walked past. We will definitely stay again.
