  We stayed June 21-23. The room was clean and looked as if they had recently been updated. We were able to use a discount we had forgotten to use, so our stay had a small discount. We discovered late in the evening our room had no hot water. We contacted the desk and they could not address the issue that evening. They did everything to accommodate us the next day. We ended up getting a different room as they could not fix the hot water in our room. They did authorize a credit for our inconvenience. The staff was welcoming and did all they could to accommodate us during our stay. We did not eat the breakfast they offered, but it smelled good as we walked past. We will definitely stay again.

  Nice location. That is the only positive thing about this place. We had to wait in the lobby when you arrive arrived the desk clerk was out walking around. When we get to the room it’s dark and 3 small lamps are all the light you get. The floor was dirty, it looked like someone had walked around with muddy boots on. They let an already used 1/2 roll of toilet paper no extra. It was a horrible night sleep on there hard mattress And to top it off absolutely no hot water at all, front desk says let it run for 10-15 minutes and should warm up! UNACCEPTABLE, Do better!

  Room service bad, front desk phone don't answer, room service was bad, breakfast items very limited, if asked they didn't have it, day time dining area lights were off and on while guests waiting and making breakfast. Bathrooms were so bad that showers wouldn't be touched or else comes off. Walls and bases, tub was all cracked bugs in it. TV wouldn't work even if asked there was no one to fix it. Room service wasn't done due to no staff.

  Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Cigarette butts on the floor when we checked in. Don't even think the cleaner has a vacuum or mop. No shower head, tv didn't work. The guy was bragging about the remodel and it looked really bad. They moved us rooms of course and the TV didn't work. I took cold showers both days. The breakfast was terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! I am extremely upset with my experience with this hotel. I usually trust Best Western to be a quality stay. This is by far the most disgusting hotel rooms I've ever been in. There was hair stuck to the walls of the bathroom, dead bugs and dust and hair all over the floors, mysterious brown smudges on the walls, mouse poop. I've never been in a dirtier room in my life. Not only that, but I am a person with a disability and when I pulled into the handicap spot there was a piece of wood with screws sticking out of it. There were butts and trash in front of the room. I wanted a refund for the entire stay, but the hotel manager and staff were very rude and denied all of what I said. They refused to refund me for all 3 nights.
