  This place is great! Microwave, mini fridge, TV, and updated shower. The staff were wonderful and caring. The breakfast was good. There is even a laundry room and vending machines on site. 100% coming back .

  Check in was fine, clean modern rooms, after a long week I really look forward to a nice hotel shower but water pressure would drop dramatically and often at the worst times. This took place during two separate showers, hotel breakfast was fine if somewhat underwhelming, nice pool! Overall a ok experience!

  Coldest air conditioner of any hotel I've ever been to. On a day when it's been 105+ I'm not complaining! 😂

  We have stayed here a few times. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast area is kept clean and well-stocked, our room looked like it had been renovated recently. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked well. Hotel is just on the west side of the Altamont Pass, near the 580 freeway on-ramp. There is a Starbucks nearby, but not much else. It is about a 15 minute drive on local roads and past wineries to get to old town Livermore, which is walkable and pleasant, and has restaurants, shops and bars. I highly recommend this Best Western.

  I would hang gave this a 5, but my room smells like a cats litter box and im too hot and tired from working outside all day to switch rooms. Parking spaces are really small. So if you have a company truck good luck finding a good spot where you wont get truck dings. Make sure to turn you're review mirrors inward and take pics of your truck alll around before you head into your room for the night. Like I said tight spots. But still a really nice hotel and great service. Breakfast is ready by 6am and was a vreat selection of food. And it was pretty quite for my window to be facing the street with the street traffic.
