  The room was decent and pretty clean. Had to move rooms because the first one had a broken pull out bed and an odor. Second room was fine. Pool was nice but hot tub was full of some weird foam. Keys kept not working even tho we kept them away from our cell phones. Breakfast was pretty good, someone was cooking right in front of you which I liked. Overall would stay again.

  I have a large video/audio recording facility a couple minutes away from this property which is basically on "hotel row" for the area with every brand hotel chain situated right next to one another. Over the years, I've stayed at all these properties at one time or another. I can convey with utmost certainty that this Best Western is by far the best bang for your buck. I have clients from all over the country and use them exclusively to provide lodging for my customers. The suites are always very clean and well appointed and I like the fact that they all come with balconies, bathtubs and a sliding door for privacy separation. They also get huge bonus points for not charging for parking or slapping customers with resort fees (one of my big pet peeves). Is that all? Nope. Room rates always include breakfast. Typically waffles, bacon or sausage, eggs, hash browns, muffins, cereal etc. The crew also has a great playlist of music playing while you enjoy your morning meal. Add to that, a 24 hour complimentary coffee, latte, mocha, hot chocolate, etc station in the lobby. The front desk staff is always friendly with service beyond reproach that accommodates all my last minute bookings and extended stay requests with quick efficiency. I find it baffling as to why they're listed as a two star property when the service and accommodations exceed all the three/four star properties that surround it. But that's just me. :) Happy and safe traveling!

  They did have a breakfast but they only serve at limited amount and you have to WAIT FOR REALLY LONG TIME in the queue to be served Other than that everything is fine

  I've been to too many best western hotel and this was the most disappointing stay i experienced.Rooms are clean and superb,comfy bed,friendly front desk but what made my review to be negative was the kitchen cook or staff.We stayed here coz were going to legoland so were a lil closer instead of coming all the from lb. so the morning of breakfast I was so positive to have a good day and went down to grab a breakfast with my 10 year old and as soon as I get my food its not a buffet style like the other I stayed in where you can get your own hot food ... this place is different the kitchen staff or cook MIGUEL MANUEL I forgot his name but sound like that serving it asking which one u want and when I told him I want everything like sausage hashbrown and egg he gave me a look before serving me and this is what hits me WHEN HE SAID YOUR DAUGHTER ATE ALREADY like the audacity to say that.we paid for it right so it doesnt matter how many times we get our food.so I reported it to the front desk hoping they will do something about it because its not right to treat your guest like that its my daughter birthday that day and he embarrassed her in front of other guest and ruined my day.im not like this everytime I always try to be patient to employees but this time was just ruined my day.

  I use Best Western often when I am on the road for work this location hase nice room friendly receptionist but the rooms are so not sound pruff you can hear any and every step people in the room above take, and in the hallway....oh well
