  This is a basic Best Western in Jackson. It is well maintained, with a friendly a d polite staff. The rooms are very clean and decently sized.

  Merci a gabriel et a toutes L’Equipe, j’ai apprécié mon séjour, l’hotel est tres bien placé, accepte les chiens, la piscine est propre, seul le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à desirer…

  Booked room for my crew in field work. I didn't not personally stayed there but have issues reaching them. Phone is always busy, cannot get a folio for accounting purposes, missing reservations after booking. From a admin perspective, it is a not efficient at dealing with businesses. Update: Elizabeth, the Hotel Manager reached out. She was professional and understood the point I made about my experience. She streamline the process for future stay to work directly with her,sign up the reservation for points, quick responses and excellent rates. Thank you.

  Staff was friendly & helpful. Room could have been up kept better. Doors and hallway windows were consistently left open, the stairwell to our room was littered with bugs from the door being left open.
