  Checked in Sunday morning. 3 night stay. First room toilet was broken. 2 days without a working toilet. Had to go to front desk and ask to be moved. Had to move our disabled son in a wheelchair with his supplies and all of our suitcases. Front desk management said they would give a discount due to all the issues. Never happened. The front desk staff push you off to a supervisor that never follows through. What a way to treat your reward members.

  I was very happy with the repairs and improvements. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Able to enjoy and beat the heat.

  We had a really good stay. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. Angel checked us in and Angie helped us with anything we needed during our stay. Breakfast on Sunday with Alicia was good. Everything was stocked and the food was fresh and tasty. Overall, everyone was nice and made our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again! 😊

  I would never want to stay anywhere else!!! The rooms are so clean. There was a different hot breakfast everyday. This staff was so friendly and amazing. I especially loved talking to Angel in the evening. He needs a raise! He really cares about his guest's happiness. Also shout out to Bailey and Teresa. Every person behind the desk is so friendly and really cares about your stay there. Price is great and you're getting an exceptional hotel including a pool and hot tub. Rooms include refrigerator, microwave, remodeled walk-in showers, standard amenities, hair dryers. Oh, and I didn't even mention the towels. Not your standard tiny towels that are not made for a human body. The softest towels I ever had at a hotel and larger than normal. Exceptionally soft. These seem like tiny details but details add up. The towels were also sparkling white. Made me want to double my housekeeping tip that I normally leave. Lots of parking. Very close to tons of food and stores.
