  Had a very bad experience with them. Check in was great and fast. When we came back at night showered and got ready for bed, we noticed plumbing noises every least 5 minutes or so. I went to the front desk told the lady. Unfortunately she was busy and made 2 mistakes giving a lady 2 different rooms with someone in it, which horrified the lady. After the lady left she even admitted it was her fault! Then I told her about my plumbing she offered to give 50% off and cancel my next day reservation and attempt to put me in another room.. after I seen what the last customer went through I told her I'll pass cause I had my younger son with me.. the next couple days my bill went through and noticed they charged me the full amount I called talked to the manager showed my invoice and still they charge me full price! Lack of communication, they never called back on the matter i had to call them and they just want to ignore the fact! Horrible customer service! Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to no one!

  Emory, who was assigned to the Saturday evening reception desk, demonstrated unprofessional and dismissive behavior. She refused to answer basic questions regarding my stay, and I personally observed her hang up on a guest who was seeking assistance. This level of conduct is unacceptable for a front facing role and reflects poorly on the property
