  Was unable to book room due to it being after midnight. Was stranded with no place to go & the guy at the front desk just said sorry can’t rent you room even though they had rooms available. Was forced to sleep in car. I am also a Priceline vip platinum member. Have never been turned down for a room for it being “too late”.

  They need to invest in upgrading the pool. Clearlake is very hot in the summer months. That pool is small and heated. It is located in a small room that feels like a humid sauna. It is not even comfortable to sit in there to watch your kids swim. Also, the lobby is also very hot and humid in the summer. The staff has always been friendly. The rooms are kind of pricy for how outdated they are. I have never had an experience where they were dirty though.

  Check-in was welcoming and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and updated. We had a lake view room, and the view is good but not great, as the property is not right on the lake. I would be happy to stay here again next time we visit Clearlake, but might look around to see I could get something closer to the lake for the same amount of money.
