  Needed a room in calexico so decided to stay at the BW! I made online reservation and when I arrived Patty at front desk couldn’t find my reservation. She did her due diligence and finally found it but couldn’t use for some reason. She made a new reservation for me she checked me in at a discount for the inconvenience. She followed up with a phone call to let me know she had cancelled my other reservation. Thank you a Patty for going above and beyond! Making my stay that much more enjoyable.

  While a bit of a walking distance from shops and food options, the rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly! Didn't hear any noise from adjacent rooms and it was easy to get more towels and toiletries from the cleaning staff. Water pressure was great and the bed was very comfortable. AC worked perfectly and cooled the room quickly. Breakfast served daily from 6am to 9am, and parking is all in front of the hotel with plentiful light.

  Can walk to alot of places. Breakfast at 630 okish. Rooms nice . Ac works wifi works ..

  My boss got me a room for the weekend to work but the room must of been a master suite. It was huge with a fire place, balcony, a private room and a huge bathroom.. loved it and appreciate it. Staff was very helpful and did i mention free breakfast , gym and pool with jacuzzi.
