  Always stay here when in Bishop. Friendly staff and great location for enjoying the beautiful Eastern Sierra.

  Best Western can be hit or miss, and this one leaned more toward a miss. Breakfast was very limited unless you enjoy scrambled eggs that seemed made from powdered eggs and the standard hotel waffle setup. Even basic options like yogurt or hard-boiled eggs were missing. The room was spacious and reasonably clean. The room had AC, but it was extremely noisy and struggled to cool the space below 75°F. One thing I did appreciate was the AC placement — it was tucked behind a wall, so it wasn’t blowing directly onto the bed. The hotel location is convenient and within walking distance of Starbucks and the Bakery, although that’s true for much of Bishop. As for service, there wasn’t much interaction to comment on. I don’t believe this Best Western offers room service.

  Horrific infestation of tiny black ants in my room. Complaints to the manager unanswered. Complaints to corporate unsatisfactory resolution.

  Rooms clean, comfortable, bathroom and hard floors clean with no carpet :), good breakfast and service. I don't give them a 5 because the exterior hallways to the rooms can use A LOT OF CLEANING, it reflects very poorly on the hotel, in fact they badly need a powerwash.
