  I just walked past this place and the security guard was calling some guy with a camera the devil. Telling him to stick around until he gets off work. I guess he wanted to fight some camera man who was trying to mind his own business.   Purchased bag 8 months ago and have barely used it. One of the gold studs fell off. When you pay this kind of money you expect it to last -as I have many other expensive bags. I have been trying to call the Beverly Hills store for a few weeks and no one ever answers?? Why?? I want to know how to proceed with the defective item I purchased and not have to go all the way to the store! Poor customer service!!
