  Purchased bag 8 months ago and have barely used it. One of the gold studs fell off. When you pay this kind of money you expect it to last -as I have many other expensive bags. I have been trying to call the Beverly Hills store for a few weeks and no one ever answers?? Why?? I want to know how to proceed with the defective item I purchased and not have to go all the way to the store! Poor customer service!!

  I'm truly amazed by how well I was treated. I want to thank the current Store Manager, Bianca, and the other sales associates who assisted. I had an issue with a defective shoe purchased online and they made it right for me without hesitation. I'm out of state but my next California trip, coming in store to shop will be first on my to do list ! You have earned a customer for life. They will stand behind their products unlike other retailers such as Saks. Thank you Valentino!
