  Hotel staff was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and everything functioned as expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

  My family and I have used this particular Best Western hotel many times and we are never dissatisfied. The desk person makes sure we get all available discounts and are always helpful with questions. Rooms are well done and functional. There is a great area to walk my doggie. Breakfast is served. All very good for a fair price.

  Great base hotel for exploring Auburn recreation. Very clean, quiet and convenient. Nice staff. My dog and I will definitely be back on our next hiking trip.

  Stayed here enroute to a family wedding. We arrived very late, our flight was delayed by 2 and 1/2 hours coming in. In. We were greeted at the desk after 12:30 a.m., and we're able to check into the room with no issues. The room was super clean, and appears to have been recently redone. The beds were really comfortable! Definitely got a good night's sleep, very quiet . In the morning made our way down for a delicious breakfast, fresh waffles, plenty of toppings, yogurt, tea, coffee, sausage, egg and cheese and assorted cereals hot and cold, as well as juice. This hotel also offers a later check out at 12:00, as opposed to 11:00 and you can also extend your stay for a nominal fee if you need the extra time to get motivated. Motivated. The staff was very friendly, and I just want to thank everyone for making our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  Martha and Jeremy were extremely helpful, nice and a joy to talk with. When I was talking with Martha I mentioned Lake Tahoe, she lit up like a firecracker !! Told me a lot of information about the area and my wife and I went for a day trip and it was amazing, thanks Martha !!! All the staff were friendly and truly welcoming. Keep up the great job !!
