  Horrible experience!! NEVER again will I go back to this hotel. The night security/Night front desk guy was so RUDE he wasn't willing to help in anyway! He kept saying he wascharging my card, yet NOT once did my card get swipped!! He wasnt letting me check in for whatever reason. He told us we couldnt wait for our lyft near the door. He was too worried about looking at females outfront instead of doing his job!! Thanks for making our wedding night feel sooooo "special" 😑😑😑😑😑

  This is hands down the best little boutique hotel in Scottsdale. It is immaculate, the staff is courteous and professional going above and beyond every time you walk in the door. Dino and Shiv are warm and welcoming at every encounter. The rooms are clean and beautiful and the pool is well kept and inviting. The location is 3 minutes from Fashion Square Mall, restaurants and clubs. The pricing is great. I would never stay anywhere else. If you are coming to Scottsdale for business or pleasure, this is the place!!

  I already loved Best Western so staying here I knew what to expect. I was wrong. The room was even bigger than expected or shown in the pictures. The breakfast was extensive options from French Toast to pancakes to scrabled eggs, sausage, bacon and even a breakfast burrito. I loved it all. The pool looked so inviting especially with the immense heat. This Best Weatern was a huge hit and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Scottsdale.

  Scottsdale's hidden gem, 2nd stay, 2nd jacuzzi suite.... Desk Staff/ Management are amazing, friendly professional and courteous. While knowledge of all area. The most amazing woman serving breakfast, I mean she is so sweet and infectious smile and personality. Housekeeping the unsung hero's, these women keep this place very clean, always a greeting in passing, asking if we need anything. And smiles galore. Best Western..... This is your model Hotel, keep an eye on this one... Top notch a Guru favorite, will definitely be back. Perks Amazing Staff Clean rooms Breakfast included eggs bacon sausage pancakes country potatoes yogurt...yum Bads Across street is a club district, amazing nightlife a loud venue but crap the Guru can sleep through earthquakes. Desk offers earplugs but close door and never heard a thing Worst its not closer to me When traveling to Scottsdale, must try Guru out
