  Drove into kingman during night while I was passing through and service desk person Josh was so helpful in setting up the reservation and recommending cool neighborhood spots for a late night hangout and food.

  The girl at the front desk was rude from the very beginning. Our room was not ready on time (we tried to check in at 4:30pm) and after finally getting the room 30 minutes later, we realized the room smelled like dog urine. The smell was strong and right at the head of the bed. When we told the front desk the same girl was once again very rude. We quickly chose to check out. We will have to stay in a different hotel for this trip to Kingman. Very disappointed! Edit to original post: The room was inspected twice before we were given the key cards (i.e. this was the reason they said we had to wait) and the obvious odor was indeed dog urine. When we tried to check out the girl at the front desk did not offer any solutions and simply told us to have a lovely evening. She was incredibly dismissive and no one tried to help us. My husband is a diamond select member and we stay in Best Westerns more than the average person. This is the only location that we have ever had trouble with an unprofessional staff member. Had she offered a solution, we probably would have stayed. The site might consider the behavior of this staff member normal but it does not meet the standard that has been offered at other Best Western locations. Since that stay no one has reached out to us.

  Service minimum pour un hôtel bruyant et mal entretenu. Malheureusement, il n'y a guère mieux sur Kingman, étape obligée entre Grand Canyon et LA.

  4.5 stars? How? Good: Crew is nice, helpful. Check in, quick. Breakfast good. Bad: This place is nasty. Room is musty. Bedding is stained. Mattresses are terrible, no box spring. This is a handicap room. How is a handicap person supposed to get in and out of this bed? Couch is broken down. Grounds are disgusting. Pigeons nesting in eaves with droppings underneath. Feathers everywhere. Dog refuse in the landscaping near the door to rooms. Room door is disgusting. We've stayed here before and were unimpressed. Booked this location again today on accident. It's actually worse. Just stayed at the Best Western Gallup Inn & Suites last night. Might want to visit there if you're looking for a benchmark.

  Attention emplacement très proche d'une route très passante. La qualité globale du confort de ces chambre est très moyenne. Salle de bain ouverte qui n'est pas très pratique. Il y a une petite piscine extérieure et un jaccuzi couvert. Personnel au petit déjeuner très sympathique et désireux de faire le maximum pour faire plaisir. Essayez de négocier une chambre qui se trouve a l'arrière de la circulation.
