  Great location close to the Petrified Forest National Park and route 66 of course. The room was OK - clean although some of the furniture was a little stained. Probably could do with a refresh. But I'm being picky. It was roomy (for a hotel room) and a quiet stay. You could sign in to Netflix on the TV or just watch normal broadcast stations. Your typical amenities - mini fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Good working A/C. We stayed in room 201. They also had a great free breakfast. Eggs, bacon, bread products, fruit, coffee, juice, waffle/pancake mix, lots of things to choose from. All kept warm and fresh at this location. There are NO elevators here, so if you're on the 2nd floor, be prepared to drag your suitcases up stairs. This is becoming an issue for my knees now which I found out during this trip. I used points to get a discount on the room rate - its on par with what everyone else in the area is charging. The front desk was welcoming and informative. He even gave us a coupon for a free half pound of petrified wood from a local souvenir shop. (It's smaller than you think - when the wood petrifies is gets HEAVY. 1/2 pound will be a small piece that fits in the palm of your hand.) If you like the Best Western chain, you will like this hotel!

  Very clean modern motel in a good safe location. Convenient to the Petrified Forest National Park. Large room, good amenities, great breakfast, excellent value. Highly recommend.

  Nice hotel staff friendly good for a 2 day stay when visiting the local national park and meteor crater. This town needs all the help you can give it since route 66 was replaced by the freeway. Breakfast was good too so if in the area its a good place too stay at

  We had stayed 2 nights. The staff is friendly, room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a wide variety of selections. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for hotel stay.

  An absolute disaster there were literally critters running around bug roaches fortunately they moved my room however I can only hope we're not taking any of the locals with us uggghh
