  Partner and I stayed at the second floor. Room was clean and ready for new guests. It seems the motel has been remodeling but I can't be certain which rooms have been remodeled and which haven't yet. During our week day stay, it was quiet and peaceful. Nothing in our room was broken, trashy, smelly or had any issues. The only thing we wished we had was more towels and more attention given to the baths shampoo and body wash as some were empty and unfortunately you won't find that out until you're in the shower. Room had microwave and mini fridge, big tv with guest privilege for Netflix, YouTube and other apps. I didn't use wifi so I can't comment on that. Watch out for that sunken middle bed.

  Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but definitely need an upgrading. The carpets smell stale and old, especially in the hallways. Should be removed or deep cleaned regularly. Also the rooms are the cleanest. Yes beds are made and towels are replaced but you have to request housekeeping and they don’t provide towels or extra blankets/ pillows on request which is odd. The bedding is stained so it doesn’t seem like the put fresh sheets between guests. Nasty nasty stains I’ve seen on the bed skirts. Staff is ok. Front desk is unstaffed when walking in waited a while seemed like no one was there at all

  Do not stay here if you want a good night's sleep. There were hoodlums running the hallway up until 3am-4am. Yelling...banging on doors ... even tried to open my door a couple of times...go to Marriott or es sonesta. Staying here was not worth my safety...just to get good price....

  Very poor experience with this location. I have stayed at Best Western hotels before without any issues but this location was not the same. Waited at the front desk for about 20 minutes without anyone to greet us, another guest came looking for someone as well, no one came. When a person finally came in the back door all sweaty and unapologetic, they said they were fixing something 👌. The area was sketchy and the hotel smelled, so when he said my corporate card was not approved and my reservation was invalid I was more than happy to walk away from that hole. I ended up staying at another way more comfortable hotel nearby. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else to begin with.

  Unfortunately this is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. I have no complaints about the service, just the stay itself. The hallway was hot. Our room was okay, however the toilet flushed poorly, often requiring two flushes with what normally requires only one flush. And then after flushing, the toilet would make a loud squealing noise which would then subside after about 3 minutes after flushing. I have stayed at other locations that provide shampoo, conditioner and soap via a dispenser in the shower. However this location only provided us a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. We also had trouble with the room keys, taking multiple tries for the keys to work. The plus side is breakfast was included, which consisted of eggs, bacon and waffles.
