  Room ok bed is hard small bathroom. A bit run down. Parking is tight not for larger vehicles. Had stickers to hand out if you fill out a survey but they had no surveys to complete! This is silly management and not hospitable. Why deny someone a sticker especially when it’s your fault to not be prepared! A pet peeve of mine to be ridiculous. You should hand out to everyone to promote your biz.

  Very accommodating. Comfortable beds and well kept rooms. Reasonably priced as well.

  Not bad. Clean kinda. They definitely don’t vacuum after each guest. There was a lot of dog food on the floor. Pool was tiny and breakfast was about what you’d expect of a hotel. The green chili grave was bomb though. Friendly staff. Quiet. Spacious rooms. Will stay here again for sure.

  We use to love this hotel we’ve been coming here for years !! Today we booked through a third party and got stuck with a small run down room !! I would had booked through best western to get my points , unfortunately the price of this hotel has gone up . The sheets are not soft at all they need new sheets and blankets very run down !! Lucky we had a sheet we use to cover our back seat that we brought in to lay on . Dead bug under the table . Too much chlorine in the pool first we’ve experienced being extremely itchy from swimming . The jets don’t work on the hot tub only positive thing is it’s the best hot tub for temperature control. The ac unit hardly works it’s extremely hot in our room right now . The lady that checked us in had no personality!! The parking lot could use some more lightning. Price has gone up the quality has gone down !! Very sad to see this hotel go down hill :( I don’t feel safe here like I use too !! I could never wait to check out of a hotel fast enough until today June 6th .
