  The door to our room would not open, so we had to stand in the hallway and wait for the front desk to open it for us multiple times. They said that it was probably because the battery was dying but then kept us in the same room with the issue anyway. The elevator and hallways on the second and third floors seem to be not air conditioned, so they are very uncomfortable. The light in our bathroom was also going out, so we got to have a strobe light effect while getting ready for bed. The lady at the front desk said they are making lots of renovations to this hotel, but good luck to anyone staying here until they get them all finished. Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of great hotel alternatives in Douglas.

  Staff was brutal, they over charged me by $100.00 also thought I was paying for two nights and it was just 1 night! What a joke, never again

  The staff go above and beyond expectations! Especially NAY was helpful solving a huge problem. I stay here every time I come here the Service and Accommodations are the best in town. THANQ NAY

  Excelente servicio del personal. Habitaciiomes amplias, cómodas y limpias. Lo que nos pareció extraño, muy fuera de lo común y hasta nos causó mucha risa, fue que la cafetera está dentro del baño, como que ahí no se nos antoja el café 🤣
