  Good breakfast, convenient location, but the pool was unusable We stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pool — one of the main reasons we booked this hotel — was a real problem the entire stay. The water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, and we didn't feel safe letting our kids swim in it. We weren't the only ones avoiding it either; we never saw a single guest in the pool the whole time we were there. We raised it with the front desk more than once and got different explanations each time (a de-foaming agent, weekly testing, etc.), but nothing changed and the water never cleared up. If the pool is part of what draws people here, it needs real attention — right now it's a liability, not an amenity.

  The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great. There was a full breakfast with little mini omelets, bacon, biscuits, potatoes, gravy as well as other breakfast items. It wasn't the best but it was good for starting off the day. Maybe eggs without peppers as an option would be better for families with children. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

  My wife and i stayed one night. The room and common areas were very clean and plesent. Staff was wonderful. Sink in our room, the faucet sprayed everywhere to include my cloths. We got down to breakfast about 8:40. The sausage was swimming in about grease. The Biscuit were hard as stones. They were out of cereal as well as bread and there wss no member of staff to taalk to.

  This hotel felt quite dated and had a noticeable odor throughout the property. The third-floor hallway smelled strongly of body odor and damp, musty carpet, while the first floor had an unpleasant smell near the elevator area. The air quality in our room was somewhat better, and fortunately, we had a fan with us that made the room more comfortable. The room included a coffee maker, which was appreciated, but only decaffeinated coffee was provided. The bathroom was functional but could benefit from updates and renovation. One positive aspect was that the hotel is pet-friendly. We were traveling with our Malti-Poo and had to stay here because the hotel we typically use no longer accommodates pets due to a recent policy change. While we appreciated the pet-friendly accommodations, the overall condition and odors throughout the hotel detracted from our experience.
