  Decent room for the value. Nice location near a variety of places to eat. Asked for extra pillows and received them right away.

  Woke up at 5 am to use the restroom and watch a roach run up the bathtub to hide under the towel hanging over the bathtub side. Grabbed my phone and filmed it put on my clothes and woke My husband up packed up our stuff and left. We did stop by the front desk showed her the video and was told we would be refunded, our deposit only because we paid in points and that they would be keeping the pet fee as well. Worst best western i've ever stayed at and i've done twelve cross country trips, mostly staying at Best Westerns. Also, the sync was messed up would not drain.Because the drain plug was all messed up.The handles were put on it backwards on one side which caused it to drip. The toilet was loose. They put a 71 year old man on the second story with no elevators and with a pet. If my husband had fallen because of the layer of loose tiny pebbles rolling around from their failed attempt at being cute with the concrete walkway, thank God he didn't! 100% this place needs investigated by the city health department! Also the the lady at the front desk gave us contact information, and that keeps sending failure to deliver notices back to us.

  Everyone who works here is amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms are not great. They're clean, but our downstairs room had a leak in the ceiling. They swapped our room out no problem, but the next room also had leaking. It wasn't dripping through the ceiling like the first room, but it was still there. We were too tired from our drive to bother moving rooms again. Just keep an eye on the ceiling above the air-conditioning units. Otherwise the rooms were very clean and well kept!! The beds were a bit hard but not miserable. Great water pressure in the showers! Very conveniently located right off 40 W and around tons of food options.

  Worst Motel I've ever stayed at the time we were there probably made them over $1000 front desk was amazing the owners were horrible screamed at me and my husband in our face and tried to charge us for picking up all the trash and cigarette butts outside... Not impressed please go to the super 8 next door! Thank you!! Lastly they woke our 18 month up from a nap and didn't care and kicked him out too over doing the right thing and this was all Neal Patel!
