  The receptionist is SO sweet and could have made or broke my opinion of this hotel, because the rooms are just okay. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is at night, but the rooms could use a bit of attention to detail, like dusting the top/back of the TV and baseboards, maybe a carpet shampoo or some airing out with the windows open as it smells a bit old and dusty, and the wifi needs an upgrade, it was approximately 5mps download speed, which is not enough to even stream a movie. The a/c also doesn't blow very hard so it takes a long time to cool the room down. It might be a good idea to turn them down in the summer before people check in. Aside from these minor things, the beds are comfortable and clean and everything works as it should. I thought some outlets didn't work (my mistake for not knowing there was a switch on the wall) and she happily moved me to another room without question. To the receptionist: I apologize for being dumb and not noticing the switch lol thank you for being so kind to me and my little angry pomeranian. You were the sweet spirit I needed at the end of a rough work day (and the angel who let me use the lobby bathroom before checking in!). I've heard great things about the breakfast, but unfortunately, I left too early to try it.

  This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! They staff is super friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms just wonderful clean and cozy!! My favorite part was seeing the open bible in our room when we got here and then another in the breakfast room. We have been blessed by the people we have met here and the comfortable stay!!

  Very clean, the nicest breakfast cook Brenda, so I would say service was excellent I enjoy talking to her.

  Cleanest motel room I’ve stayed in Tamika in house keeping was very nice. We were in need of a place to rest driving a U-Haul down the road. The concierge Rooms are the cleanest motel ive stayed in. Donald saved us time and hassle and just absolute perfect spot for weary travelers Edit: morning after check. Rooms well kept. Alexis at the front the desk lovely host as well. Cant imagine there’s a better place to stay in the Hope area. I reccomend taking rest here. Small historical town center just down the road if you have extra time here.
