  חדרים נקיים, יש בחדר סבון, שמפו, קרם גוף, מגבות נקיות, מיטות נוחות, בריכה קטנה וחמודה, מסביב למלון יש בייקרי מעולה, האנשים נחמדים והשירות מעולה. גם המחיר נותן תמורה לעלות.

  Dude this is not a Hotel this is a apartment it is so big for 150$ I love the pool it’s so fun and he it has a waterfall and it’s 8ft and like that and the balcony I love and TWO TV’s AND TWO ROOM’s? And the food you have to pay bc it is a restaurant by so good you got to get it

  Front desk was friendly Amenities on site were good...pool,hot tub, games(that u paid a tiny fee for)- putt putt golf,corn hole,pool table,air hockey,nightly movie,huge area of tables and chairs... A restaurant on site which i did not go to .. With that being said, the rooms were extremely outdated. They were not very clean... I found a huge area on the bottom of the toilet that look like black mold; I don't think they vacuumed much because around the walls, in the corners, behind the tables were huge dust bunnies that look like bugs. And someone's clear plastic hair tie on the floor near the sink. I did not like how they covered the mattress. I'm used to it being encased in a mattress cover. This just had a small pad on top of the mattress did not even cover the corners and on the underside of the pad there was hairs... yes I check these things looking for bed bugs... I will stop on a good note.. we had issues with Loud younger couples on each side of our room that were drinking and being very loud close to 11:30 pm and after our attempt to quiet them we called the front desk and it was stopped immediately

  An old hotel, but very nicely kept up and cleaned. We stayed memorial Day evening, and the room was comfortable (king bed suite) and the stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The rooms were older, but they were maintained and were comfortable. Price was also very reasonable.

  I loved my stay. This will be the only hotel I personally will book in Eureka Springs. The rooms are out of date but who cares "they are super clean and well put together" I would've paid for the nostalgia alone. The cable was top-tier. Ice machines on just about every floor. The service desk and housekeeping was AMAZING 👏. They did have outside games near the outside pool and a basketball court (also outside). The pool was the only one that wasn't open, it opens memorial day I was told. I just missed out but I get it. I highly recommend this stay.
