  Been going every year for 15 years and this past weekend was the worst visit at BEST WESTERN 😔 Booked on line and came all the way from Chicago with grandchildren to celebrate her birthday just to get there and find out the swimming pool was out of order and all the manager (NAUDIA) Could tell me was she can give me a refund 😞 Mind you I just drove 700 miles to get here. On top of that we had to switch rooms due to Roaches and the air conditioner leaking water in the room..also we was told that the sheets do not be changed until after a 3 day stay 😡 Are you serious 🫤 and we tried getting clean towels for 2 days after requesting them from the house keeper..... This weekend was just a terrible one and my granddaughter was disappointed on her birthday 😢 SMH I'm definitely going to have to think about going back here next year because BEST WESTERN LOST POINTS ON THIS TRIP 🫤😞

  From the moment I walked in, I did not feel welcomed. One employee was helping another customer, while the other continued stapling paperwork without acknowledging me or offering assistance. I was left waiting until the first employee became available, and when I asked a question, the responses I received were rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, things only got worse when I entered the room. The sofa was dirty and had mismatched cushions, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pool was unusable. Using the shower the water pooled and drained incredibly slow too. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I have stayed at less expensive hotels that offered much cleaner rooms, better beds, and nicer amenities. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this location again, and it has made me hesitant to choose another Best Western in the future.

  Came in late around 11 due to being on a long road trip found out the pool was under construction which the kids and me thought were fine as we would leave early in the morning anyway but as soon as we got in the room there were dead roaches so our guardian at the time flushed it down leading to us seeing more bugs. Leading to him try and get a new hotel which me and my cousin went to get suitcases there was a roach in the stairwell and when we came back we found many of the kids to be crying bc of the roaches and how unsanitary this place is.

  For a small roadside hotel, it was all maintained and the breakfast was amazing. I would stay here again without question. Thank you.
