  Exceptionally nice staff ready to help with any request. I had a personal issue and the front desk staff went way above and beyond to call the off-site manager and help get it resolved. Everything was clean and well maintained. Internet was fast and easy to connect to. Would highly recommend staying here.

  We were so impressed with our experience at the Best Western in Opp. We had to make an unexpected stop during a trip and the staff were so kind and accommodating. The hotel and grounds were spotless and so well-maintained. We absolutely will stay here the next time we travel through!

  Everything was clean. The rooms are very nice. The workers are very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

  Staff charged me twice and then when I questioned them . The owner threatened to charged me $300 deposit also. Don't stay here. Unless you want to be double charged
