  I literally just called to ask how far from grove hill the hotel was because I'm unfamiliar with the area and I asked what there nightly rates were. I was greeted with an annoyed tone and told that they have no rooms available for the next 4 days.

  From the moment we arrived, we were treated like part of a close, happy family. Staff and management were helpful, kind and caring. Facility was spotless and everything worked as it should. We were made to feel important and special by everyone we met. Our stay here was very relaxing. The hot breakfast was GREAT! Real eggs, multiple choices to make it easy to choose foods that met our dietary needs and professionally presented. Staff close by and available, without hovering, if you needed something you did not see. Lots of smiles! We know exactly where we will stay the next time we are in the area.
