  Great location and prices. Great view of the ocean. Close to shopping and restaurants.

  The only thing this place has going for it is the beach. The room was a kitchenette but the fridge was a mini fridge no oven just a cook top. The room was musty and damp. The carpet in this place is filthy the halls are stank with stale old hotel and Marijuana. The elevator has you praying every time your on it. The property grounds are run down as well as the cloudy pool. There is green algae all around the pool rim as well as old bandaids. This property has so much potential but has just been neglected for too long. There are no vents in the bathroom or entire room so just musty moldy smell is all you can smell. We were all congested the entire time we were there. After a shower and walking in there are feet were black. We had a room a the end of the hall by the maintenance are so we were woken up every morning to hotel staff talking slaming things and moving trash. The ice machine was there too and people were filling up their enrire coolers at 6 a.m. our cards quit working on the 2nd day and there was no explanation they gave us new ones and we're rude about it. There are cigarettes everywhere my kids had to dodge them all arpubd the property. I have never been so disappointed in a fresh vacation. What was supposed to be a memorable trip with my kids and turned into me being paranoid about how filthy everything was.. getting stuck on the elevator or getting contact high from the insane anount of Marijuana. At this point I'm not convinced it wasnt the hotel staff. The halls were filled with the smell and it's supposed to be non smoking rooms. I mean literally please stay anywhere else. We were gifted this trip and the pictures online are so deceiving. We will absolutely never be back. The front desk person was super rude. The lady that was there when we checked out was nice and house keepers were friendly. Spend your money somewhere else. Trust me. These people that say it's ok are liars. We thought maybe we just got a bad room but we made friends with a few other families there and we all had the same problems.

  I enjoyed my stay but would probably not choose this hotel again. The hotel and room seems older than it looks in the photos and has not been updated. The elevator and hallways are pretty tight. We got the breakfast package and had to go to the front desk each morning of our stay to get a voucher for breakfast so make sure you save enough time incase there is a line at the front desk. The pools were really nice and were my favorite part, except the amount of ants. I got 2 ant bites on my neck while sitting in the hot tub. Also, If you are a big coffee drinker you may want to bring your own coffee maker to use because the ones in the room only work with the hotels single coffee pouches. Location on the beach is great and walkable to some really good resturants like Sea 'n Suds.

  We stay here at The Best Western On The Beach every summer. Right on the beach. Close to where we play pickleball and close to the restaurants we love. This is our spot!!

  We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and the meals in the cafe were delicious! Heather was very inviting and made sure to help with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!
