  Room was dirty and bed not changed when my husband arrived at 6:30pm after working all day in the area. Reservation was for 3 nights totaling402.00 He was given a double queen for the night and told the king would be ready in the morning. The manager told him the next morning he couldn’t have the room because it’s on the first floor and reserved for older people. He’s 67. That’s the room he was given the night before. He came in tonight (6/25) and bed wasn’t changed or room cleaned. When he asked why he was told because no one answered the maids knock. If you are on a business trip and you absolutely have nowhere else to stay I wish you luck. Otherwise, try to find somewhere that actually doesn’t mind doing their job.

  Perfect stop for those going to panama city beach....we dont stay anywhere else on our way down

  Not very good customer service. Our toilet was not working and they never came in the room to fix it. We signed a form upon check in regarding a pending $100 charge for any damages and we couldn’t receive a copy for our own record. If I could put less than one star I would just for customer service.
