  We can’t say enough great things about our stay at this hotel!! As soon as we stepped off the elevator we could smell clean!! The breakfast, the staff, the room, the beds, the towels, all were great!! So clean!! Friendly staff!! We will definitely stay here again on our next retriever hunt test travels !!

  We stayed here after booking same-day on a recommendation from a local venue. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply frustrating. Upon arriving at our assigned room, we found it locked from the inside. We returned to the front desk, and a staff member accompanied us back upstairs, confirming that according to their records, no guest was checked into that room. We were offered an alternative “emergency room.” That room was also locked from the inside. We were ultimately moved to a third room before finding one that was unoccupied. When two separate rooms show up as available in the system but are clearly occupied by someone, the most logical explanation is that staff members are allowing people to stay off the books, and without record of their stay. This causes of course not only a issue for the owner and investors of this property but also for the guest that stay, if there are people staying in rooms without the knowledge of staff, I imagine that creates a safety issue for other patrons. It’s genuinely disappointing to arrive tired after a long day and spend that kind of time just trying to access a room you’ve already paid for. I’d recommend the owners review their room access logs and staff activity closely, including managers. Until that’s addressed, I can’t recommend this property to others, for reasons stated above and the obvious security risk this causes.

  0/10 experience. Tried to cancel the night before my stay and got charged for 1/2 nights. Absolutely terrible, have never had that done by any hotel before. I’d assume these folks don’t get much business if they have to take money from a traveler.

  ベストウェスタンの中でも素晴らしいクォリティです 部屋も広いし最高です そして朝食のフレンチトーストはベリーグッド👍 他のホテルでも出していることがありませんのでこれもポイントが高いです

  It's not terrible... very expensive for what you get, though.
