  Absolutely fantastic. Sam and Rehka took great care of us. Having to deal travel for a funeral having a helpful team at the hotel made the experience easier. Highly recommend and extremely clean.

  The word that describes this place is “skimp”. Skimp out on this, skimp out on that. Worst quality this; cheapest quality that. The shower rod breaks: put a screw from the dollar store in it. The breakfast runs out of this, this and that…don’t replace it. Rooms smell damp and like heavy cleaner. It seems like it probably was a nice hotel at a time. Current owners will obviously and progressively change that…

  Hello, my family and I stayed here for one night and will not again. The rooms are disgusting; nothing is wiped down maybe the only clean thing was the beds at most but the frames are filthy and the walls have food drippings off them also the bathroom is horrible they didn’t even bother to change the toilet paper noir give us extra and the holder for them is caked like it’s never been clean before, their is also cob webs in the bathroom. Don't get me started on the smell; it’s like they use dirty mop water because it smells so musty.

  This was the worst experience from a hotel that I’ve ever had. My first day there the room key cars did not work. After I went to the front desk and told them about it, they tried to make me wait a whole hour until they fixed it. Later that night after they supposedly fixed it, my key card wasn’t working again, so the front desk came up to the room and pushed the door open. That’s when I realize the room that they gave me did not lock. The front desk worker had an attitude because I was mad that my room didn’t lock with all of my belongings in there, and wanted me to wait till the next day. I wake up the next day for breakfast and the worker and the breakfast area was so rude because the sign says breakfast ends at 10 o’clock, but she started putting everything away at nine. When asked about the breakfast because one family didn’t get a chance to eat, she act as if she couldn’t understand us But never once tried to take her headphones out to hear anyone. That’s when I noticed that she organize the food that she was packing up a certain way as if she was going to serve it the next day with her “bare hands” by the way.

  Here’s the updated review with that included naturally: ⸻ 2/5 Stars This was one of the more disappointing Best Western Plus stays I’ve had. The room had several maintenance issues that should have been addressed before being rented. The most noticeable was significant water damage on the living room ceiling with bubbling, peeling drywall and visible staining. There were also long cracks running along the wall and ceiling seam. Under the kitchenette sink, there were clear signs of past or ongoing water damage to the cabinet base, and the bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly loud while moving little to no air. Since this was a suite with a kitchenette, I also expected at least the basics for cleaning up after using it. There were no dish soap, sponge, dish towel, or any other cleaning supplies provided, making it impossible to wash dishes without purchasing supplies myself. The door hardware also needs attention. One lock would only open if you pulled up on the handle, while the other felt like it wanted to swallow the key every time it was used. There was conflicting information throughout the hotel. My key sleeve stated checkout was 11:00 AM, while the guest directory in the room stated 12:00 PM. The guest directory also advertised Sunday breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, so I went downstairs around 9:20 AM only to find breakfast already shut down. When I asked the front desk employee if he could turn the juice machine back on, he was polite and happily did so. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff responded with an attitude, insisting breakfast had ended at 9:00 AM. Another disappointment was the pool hours. Every Best Western I’ve stayed at has kept the pool open until 10:00 PM, but this location closes it at 9:00 PM. I checked in at 8:55 PM, hoping my family could relax with a swim after a long day of driving, only to find the pool closing almost immediately. The biggest issue, however, was housekeeping entering our room without knocking while I was using the bathroom. That is a serious privacy issue and completely unacceptable. I do want to give credit where it’s due—the front desk employee I dealt with was courteous and tried to help. Unfortunately, the poor room condition, maintenance problems, lack of basic kitchenette supplies, conflicting guest information, limited pool hours, breakfast confusion, and housekeeping entering without knocking overshadowed the stay. I expect better from a Best Western Plus. This property has the potential to be much better, but it needs more attention to maintenance, communication, guest privacy, and overall quality control before I would consider staying here again.
