  Location: Birmingham, Alamaba Alabama is beautiful so nothing wrong with the location. Service: front desk lady, don’t know her name But at the time of 11:00pm-ish on June 21 was amazing. Our first room was dirty. The nightstands were gross and it smelled of weed and air freshener. She gave us another room and 10/10 best hotel attendant I’ve ever had. She needs a raise. House keeping needs help it seems. 2/10. There was blood in our second room in the closet. I don’t know if something illegal happened or not but it’s suspicious. Our second room bathroom tile had a few stains. Like mopping wasn’t thorough. There was also hairs on our blankets over the sheets. Our first room was terrible but our second room was bad. It just seems house keeping was sloppy.

  One of the worst service ever they keep saying that the management is always changing and it's not they are not allowing us to pay online and even if we pay online they are asking for another payment in the desk, then the rooms are all smells like mold and the breakfast is just scrambled eggs with the Bread and sausage all the juices are always warm and the only person that is working there is not allowed to speak or help the people during the breakfast and if she does they will tell something to her.

  This place is very disappointing. They don't even try to clean the rooms properly. I used to stay here when my children came to visit for family reunion. This was a complete let down. The fridge doesn't work, shower wasn't clean. The more I looked around the room, the more I was grossed out YUCK 🤮! The state needs to have a look at this place

  Clearly does not understand the 24 hour policy when checking in with clc. Was woke up several times before scheduled check out. Had to eventually tell them to just bill me for an additional night so they would leave me alone.
