  Hotel je moc pěkný, má nádherné zahrady s výhledem na jezero. V pokoji king size bed, moc pohodlné, celkem moderní. Vedle recepce je restaurace, která nepatří k hotelu, ale mají tam skvělá jídla, vyzkoušejte. 4* dávám proto, že mě tady opravdu rozčílilo, jak se všude snaží vybírat spropitné až nepříjemným způsobem- obálka pro pokojskou, QR kód na ocenění tisíc věcí v hotelu, při snídani sklenice na spropitné. Pardon, ale bylo by vhodné nastavit cenu za ubytování adekvátně, abychom nemuseli být vydírání oceňováním něčí standardní práce na každém rohu. Mimochodem za snídani chcete tip za co? Za to, že používáte jednorázové nádobí? Ale u jiných záležitostí napíšete, aby vše bylo šetrné k přírodě. Inspirovat se můžete v jiných hotelech Best western, které jednorázové nádobí na Aljašce nepoužívají.

  Fantastic nice modern clean beautiful hotel, situated on the Lucille Lake. Book the Lakeview rooms! Great breakfast included, thee & coffee are free. There is a nice terrace close to the lake with fireplace and great seats. Bathroom is modern, a fridge on the room. Beautiful lobby and kind staff with excellent hospitality

  Booked a double room and was placed in a king. It wasn't bad but for the price would have loved to get what I paid for.

  This place sucks first the check in process was rude & awkward you pay up front plus a large deposit like a credit card on file isn't enough. Then I get to the room it's 77° outside with the sun beating in the window the room is uncomfortably hot so I go to turn on the ac which doesn't exist only a card on the wall talking about being green & just open a window so I have to open the window & turn the fan on high & fall asleep. When I wake up early in the morning cold obviously it's Alaska & I had to leave the window open so I go turn the heater on only to find out that's been turned off too & there a metal block off plate covering the on/off switch on the heater the thermostat does nothing this place is a complete joke!!! I will definitely never be staying here again I rather sleep in my truck on the side of the hwy then spend another dime here .

  Beautiful location on the lake. Very friendly staff. Solid spread at breakfast. I liked that there was a water bottle refill station in the lobby along with coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Only negative was that there wasn't any ac, but there was a fan in our room which worked okay.
