  Juneau not the destination but stayed one night due to flight schedules. Was not disappointed at all. This location by the airport with free drop off and pick up shuttle to town center. Did get a larger room and it was very big. Nice linens and bath. It's not a luxury destination but mostly in good condition and very clean. They provide fruit, granola, cookies and coffee/tea all day. The breakfast includes many other options to toast and refrigerated (yogurt etc) and then a hot options menu. They have a number of organic options and non-dairy milk. It feels like they have gone out of their way to provide a very comfortable stay. AND I saw a bear run by outside the lobby window! I really commend the management and staff of this locale.

  Hotel was perfect for a short stopover in Juneau. The shuttle was convenient, they had snacks available, flexible breakfast options, clean and comfortable rooms.

  Stayed here for four days. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttle was nice to use to get around.

  I was blown away by how nice this hotel was. I thought it would be just your average airport hotel, but no - I felt like every detail was though out from to-go breakfast options to how everything was set up in our room and lobby to the great shuttle service... This has to be one of my most pleasant hotel experiences. Very nice folks working there.

  Staff here is incredibly considerate and not over bearing. They packed our breakfast togo and dropped it off at our door with all the condiments and fixings in a separate ziplock bag. The property landscaping here was neat and tidy and the fresh hanging flower baskets at the rail were such a lovely touch. They offered scheduled driving services to various places. This is hands down the best best western motel I ever stayed at and I would come back and stay again.
