    I was in store yesterday with my partner, we was looking for wallpaper for my nursery, whilst I was there I noticed a Middle Eastern Man who looked as though he was the manger. His attitude towards his staff was appalling as I witnessed him having intense conversations with one of his colleagues, considering Ralph Lauren is a luxury brand this is very disappointing to see as his colleagues looked uncomfortable and upset.

    Visited to find some upholstery material to recover a couple of old chairs. The manager there Anna, was extremely polite and helpful, and arranged everything we needed, including helping and advising. Recommended.
