Very disappoing experience and a waste of my time. I booked a free consultation via the website and when I arrived the staff seemed very confused sending me from one to the other until the last one finally told me that they are not providing this service because their lead artist left last month. Well, why is it available on the website then? Will def not be coming back

Aki was amazing, I came in for some help with my make-up As I needed help with foundation, Coverage, Highlighter etc. I needed help with a more polished look, and came away feeling stunning and confident about how to recreate the look, for a more fuller coverage or a more natural look. I visited Charlotte Tilbury Westfield store White City London,the first sales assistant wasn”t helpful to me she was focusing on-singing which one was in store rather than helping me her attitude was completely negative..most of the staff was chilling even the customers were there..the owner should take an action
I asked her pillow talk lipstick shade according to my skin tone but she was suggest me this this this shade and I was looking her face she was European and she said just pick and let me know I was disappointed.

Disappointing experience. The sales assistant (Lauren) who served me was abrupt, fed up, and uninterested in helping. When I asked about the new Pro Makeup Artist discount offer, she couldn't explain it properly, sighed and walked off to get the manager. The manager was polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
When Lauren put through my purchase, she failed to apply my makeup artist discount to one of the products, which I only noticed after checking my receipt.
Charlotte Tilbury really needs to hire staff who actually want to be there. Every time I walk in, I feel like I'm a burden rather than a valued customer. Experiences like this have put me off shopping with Charlotte Tilbury. Sephora staff are much more polite!
