  This was amazing!! I had Barika she was so so nice. She gave amazing advice and was honest. She did my makeup beautifully and helped me also understand how to do my makeup. She was just so caring and thoughtful regarding my questions and skin type. We did a bronzey base and a stunning eyeshadow look. She recommended products I should take home and also how to prep my skin.

  Really great experience at a Charlotte Tilbury master class with the lovey Layla today! | felt she really listened to what I wanted and went the extra distance to meet that, and give me lots of pointers for when I have to do my own wedding makeup at my second ceremony overseas. I'd highly recommend Layla! I was also pleasantly surprised to find the cost of the masterclass was redeemable in product, which is a great deal. Go see Layla! You'll come out looking great with some cool new skills!

  All of my makeup products are from Charlotte Tilbury, so for my official wedding ceremony I really wanted to have my makeup done at the Covent Garden store. Unfortunately, due to serious delays and issues with my hair appointment elsewhere, I arrived almost 20 minutes late for my makeup appointment. I was incredibly stressed and worried that there would not be enough time. However, from the moment I arrived, the entire team was so warm, welcoming, professional, and kind that they immediately put me at ease. Despite the limited time available, they made me feel like an absolute princess and managed to have me ready ahead of schedule. The level of care, attention, and expertise they showed in such a short amount of time felt truly magical. My makeup artist, Eva, was exceptional. She was not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly warm, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. She instantly understood the look I wanted and executed it perfectly. I would also like to thank the lovely lady who helped organise my appointment. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful from start to finish. The entire team was outstanding. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication completely turned my day around after a very stressful morning. My makeup looked absolutely beautiful, and I received so many compliments from my family and friends. Most importantly, I felt confident, elegant, and special on one of the most important days of my life. Thank you so much to the entire Charlotte Tilbury team. Every penny was worth it, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
