  I loooooove Byredo. Especially Mojave Ghost :-) And can't resist popping into their Leeds store whenever I am there. Last time I visited I had the most amazing customer service from Charlie. He was so warm and engaging. I just popped in to "smell" the latest and greatest and ended up leaving with a Mojave Ghost body mist and thinking of several other scents as future purchases! All due to Charlie :-) You have a gem there, Byredo!

  Charlie was absolutely amazing, so knowledgable and helpful. As usual everything smelled delectable and couldn’t recommend more!

  Was heading to John Lewis to buy a Byredo perfume and noticed the store on my way there. Went in and was looked after amazingly by Charlie who was excellent and so helpful to me and my daughter. Thanks so much! S
