I came into renew by makeup today. Saira was amazingly helpful and was able to colour match me and suggest some great products. She was so helpful and made me feel so special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had booked the quick and easy everyday session on 20th June
Charlotte was absolutely fantastic, I specifically wanted advice for a wedding.
Charlotte put me at ease straight away, looked at my outfit and advised me on colours and shading, she went slowly advising me at each step where to apply the products and how to build layers,
She was happy to build up colour and took the lead from what I thought.
Thank you Charlotte, I was rather anxious beforehand but you made me feel so special, it was a real treat.
Zoe was so informative, covering all
the products I needed to revamp my make up regime during my thirty minute appointment.
I will certainly be returning to Charlotte Tilbury at John Lewis, Cribbs Causeway Bristol in the future.

What a fantastic afternoon, a warm friendly welcome from Darcie and Narj for our Charlotte Tilsbury masterclass for myself and 3 friends.
Mary volunteered to be the model for the afternoon [a birthday treat] and has said: “what a lovely make up tutorial experience. Darcie explained every product at every stage it was very informative and I have taken away some invaluable skin care and make up tips. The quality of the products and how they sit on my skin is amazing so I am super happy with my purchases of foundation and eye cream. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive a goody bag of samples and we qualified for a free gift”.
It was also great that we all had a chance to be a model for the day with our choice of product and Darcie and Narj gave us advice on how to use these. They were both really knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Afterwards Darcie wrote down all the products used, which was really helpful if we wanted to purchase additional products in the future.
There was no charge for the masterclass, you just need to spend a minimum of £30.00 to buy any products. We did not feel overly-pressured to buy, there was no hard sell.
One criticism was whilst discussing the products and having the make over there wasn’t a price list of products available until we finished and went down to the store. It would be good to have this in the goody bag.
Overall, from start to finish, having a Charlotte Tilbury makeover is incredibly luxurious and you feel really pampered. We would definitely recommend to family and friends as Darcie and Narj were really welcoming and professional.

I had the most amazing experience with Charley at Charlotte Tilbury in John Lewis Cribbs Causeway! She helped me find the perfect bridal makeup for my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier. Charley took so much time to understand exactly what I wanted and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole appointment.
