  We were going to a family wedding and I booked myself and my daughter into a make up experience on the day at Charlotte Tilbury House of Fraser Dundee. When I went in to book it, I met Kirsten, who was such a lovely girl. She talked to me about the various options and assured me that an appointment with any member of staff would be a wonderful experience, as being older I was apprehensive that I might feel too old to have a makeover. We made the two appointments with Jordan for the day of the wedding. My daughter went first and she was thrilled with the make over and only too happy to buy products used trialled on the day. She looked absolutely beautiful following her makeover. Jordan then did my make up and I have to say, he is one of the kindest thoughtful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very experience and he suggested various options but talked about my face shape, tone and also mature skin which is important to me as an older female that the correct products be used to enhance yourself. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, and I was delighted with the results. Friends commented on my make up that day ( yes I was honest and told them who did it ! ) and it lasted all day and into the early hours of the next day despite dancing etc at the celebration. I cannot thank him enough for giving me so much confidence that day and making me feel the best I have felt in a very long time. Jordan is one in a million. Thank you ❤️

  Dropped into CT in Dundee after a great spur-of-the-moment experience at your big store in Covent Garden when I was south. I had a list of ideas; Jordan couldn’t have been more helpful and I came out with a Brow Cheat, Lip Cheat, Beauty Wand blusher and a rather fabulous double-ended Complex Brush. Very pleased. Packing for a trip to Rome, and make-up bag has suddenly increased in sophistication!

  Exceptional understanding and love shown for my makeup for our uk wedding after party following an abroad allotment . Eyes looked amazing and I felt so great . Would recommend this service . I purchases occasion wear makeup sessions with £105 redeemable products. I purchased magic cream ,toner and lipstick and as a result got the makeup applied for free . Chat during the time was informative yet fun and light hearted. Thank you so much xx

  I had my make up done yesterday by a lovely girl called Grace celebrating the shop’s 1st birthday! She made me feel so welcome and even offered me a glass of prosecco and orange juice for the shop’s 1st birthday! Grace did a fantastic job at doing my make up and talking me through techniques she had used to create such an amazing look! I would love to go back again!

  I was specifically looking for a new foundation for my older skin(69), so called in with my daughter whilst we were shopping. The assistant offered to apply the shade I chose (03 Beautiful Skin) and also used a variety of different products, I.e. cleanser, moisturiser, primer, powder, blush and setting spray. I was pleased with the outcome. The assistant didn't really explain the products, just seemed to be going through the motions, which was a shame, as I have only just discovered Charlotte Tilbury and would have appreciated more advice on which other products would have been benificial to purchase. I specifically enquired about the cream to help dark pigmentation spots but was told she was awaiting delivery of samples. I was offered no free samples of anything else to try at home. It was particularly galling to find when I got home to check out other products in the range, that I could have ordered the foundation for £8 cheaper from the Charlotte Tilbury website which had an offer on finishing that day, and also offered free samples.
