    I cannot recommend this salon. Despite the friendliness and smiles, the quality of both the service and customer care was very disappointing. I received a very bad massage from Joi, after which I felt unwell for several days and had to see a doctor to get anti inflammatory medication prescribed. I submitted a complaint to the salon, but nobody replied to either of my emails. Please also be aware that if you book a specific therapist, you may be treated by someone else without any prior notice. This happened to me twice. No proper apologies were offered, and unfortunately friendliness alone does not solve a customer’s problem. There are much better places, and I will not return to this salon.
