  Mein Baby Toni ❤️ wurde bereits mehrmals herrlich verwöhnt bei den Lunikys. Toni liebt die Behandlung, trotz anfänglicher Skepsis, und duftet nachher herrlich, sehr ungewöhnlich für einen Entlebucher 🐶😎. Anna und ihr Team sind super freundlich und flexibel. Jedes Mal eine Freude. Und immer wieder!

  We really love the boutique and have come many times to purchase toys, clothes and treats for our boy. The staff are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful at every visit, today included. Therefore, we were quite excited for V’s first groom here. However, we were not 100% happy with the fur cut. We explicitly requested that although his belly fur should be trimmed, we would like his private part fur to be untouched as we were worried that he might pee onto his front legs without it. Later, we saw that his fur here was trimmed. We requested his nails be clipped, but not only were the nails higher up his leg of his front paws weren’t trimmed, we also noticed bleeding that they did not inform us of. We know the bleeding sometimes happens, but if they could have told us and we can take care to prevent infections at home. In our booking on instagram, we mentioned that we would like his butt fur to be cut (because he tends to poop on it), but this was not done. Perhaps this was on us for not mentioning it prior to the grooming session in person or double checking this part right after (we were just so glad to see him again and got over excited). One thing we really loved was that the staff made V very comfortable. When we came back to pick him up, he was lounging on the sofa and refused to leave.
